How to Use Membership-Only Products

Set up products that only members can book.

Membership-only products allow you to offer exclusive access to customers who hold an active membership. This guide walks you through configuring both the membership product and the member-only product, and linking them using a ticket benefit.

Prerequisites:

  • A membership-only product exists in your Ventrata dashboard. A membership-only product is one that contains only member tickets.

  • A membership product exists in your Ventrata dashboard.


Membership-Only Product Flow

When a customer purchases their membership, they gain access to exclusive products.

A membership-only product will inform the customer that they must log in before purchasing.

Logging In

When they press the Member Login button, they can log in using their membership reference, or email or phone contact to log in.

After Login

Once logged in, pressing the Continue with your booking button allows them to proceed with purchasing the membership-only product.

The flow then continues normally:

They select their preferred number of tickets.

📒 NOTE

If limits are set, customers can only purchase up to the allowed amount.

They select their preferred date and press Continue.

Tickets and Date

Contact details are pre-filled using the details provided when purchasing their membership. By pressing the Confirm Order button, they will be redirected to the payment selection to complete their booking.
