Its TourCMS distribution arm reaches more than 250 resellers, among them GetYourGuide, Viator, Civitatis, Tiqets, and Hotelbeds. That reseller base skews toward city sightseeing and transport demand.

This connection enables you to sell your products on Palisis TourCMS by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:
Sync availability and pricing for your Palisis TourCMS products with Ventrata.
Receive bookings, updates, and cancellations from Palisis TourCMS to Ventrata.

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the Palisis TourCMS API, ensure you have:
A commercial agreement with Palisis TourCMS for them to sell your products.
Palisis TourCMS created as a Reseller in Ventrata with retail and wholesale/commission pricing correctly configured.
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'Palisis TourCMS' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select Palisis TourCMS
Select 'Palisis TourCMS' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.

(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple Palisis TourCMS connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.

If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple Palisis TourCMS connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your Palisis TourCMS contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the Palisis TourCMS team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.

Palisis TourCMS can access all products enabled on the connection, but you can also provide the Product and Option IDs from the connection page when contacting them to specify what to map.
