In the Ventrata dashboard, go to Web Checkouts > Checkouts.

Select an existing checkout.

To change anything, press the EDIT DETAILS button.

Add informative tags about the offerings at your destinations, such as Wi-Fi connectivity, ticket redemption, and more.
Press the + NEW CLAIM button.

Give it a title. This text be visible on the checkout page.

Use icons with your claim.

Enter a description. This will be visible on hover.

Enter a link. When the customer clicks on the claim, they will be redirected to the target URL.

Make the claim visible for all products, or select specific products and the claim will be visible only on those product pages.

Press the Create Claim button.

Banner Images
Upload one or more banner images.
π NOTE
The banner image is used as the default destination page image if no destination image has been uploaded.
Press the + NEW BANNER IMAGE button.

Press the Choose file button and choose an image from your computer.
Choose Image File
Add a title and a caption. Both will be displayed at the centre of the banner image.

You can also add an Alt Tag for accessibility purposes and SEO.

Enter a URL address. If the customer clicks on the image, they will be redirected to the target URL.

Press the Create Banner Image button.
Navigation
Customise your navigation bar.
Select a destination or keep 'All Destinations' to set up a common navigation bar.

Press the + NEW NAV button.

Enter the name of the navigation menu link in the 'Title' field.

Enter a higher level menu item in the 'Parent Navigation' field. This will create a drop-down menu with the current navigation item as a drop-down option.
Select where on the page the navigation appears, Header, Footer or both.

Choose where the navigation points to. Select one of the existing destinations, pages, articles, categories or products or enter a link to an external site if you choose 'Redirect'.

Select a destination if the navigation should appear only on the selected destination page.

Press the Create Nav button.

The Redirects tab allows you to manage URL redirections, preserving SEO rankings when pages are moved, updated, or removed.

Custom HTML
The Custom HTML tab allows you to insert additional code into different parts of your website, enabling advance customisation, tracking, and styling.
Customisation Options:
Widget CSS - add custom styles to modify the checkout widget.
Conversion HTML - insert code that will be placed just before the </body> tag on the conversion page. This is useful for tracking with analytics tools like Google Tag Manager.
Head HTML - add code before the closing </head> tag on every page. Typically used for adding metadata, scripts (such as Google Analytics), or SEO optimisation.
Body HTML - Useful for custom scripts, tracking, or additional interactive elements.
Footer HTML - add content or scripts to the footer of every page. Often used for global elements like additional navigation links, copyright notices, or tracking scripts.
