The Sales (or Concierge) portal enables you to make sales from a simplified interface, accessible either from the Ventrata dashboard or a login page for staff and partners without access to the Ventrata dashboard.

Accessing the Portal

Ventrata Dashboard for Admins
In the topmost navigation bar, click the Sales Portals button.
Select the desired portal.
You are redirected to the Products page of the portal.
Internal Login for Sellers
Use the link you have been provided to login to the sales portal.
Enter the Pin number you have been provided.
Select your location and start your shift.
You are redirected to the Products page of the portal.
Login for Operators
Open the link to your sales portal in your preferred browser.
Log in using the credentials provided by the supplier.
You are redirected to the Products page of the portal.
Registration and Login for Resellers
Open the link to the operator's sales portal in your preferred browser.
Click on the green Register New Account button.
Fill in the registration form.
Press the Create Account button.
Once your request is processed and your account set up, log in using the credentials you received from the supplier.
