Problem

This article deals with the following error:

OrdersOrderCodeNotFound: Order with Code 0 was not Found
​
After pressing the Pay Now button, the customer is redirected to VivaWallet with the following message 'OrdersOrderCodeNotFound: Order with code 0 was not found'.

Order with code 0 was not found


Solution

The source code in the VivaWallet gateway settings in your Ventrata dashboard is not set. It must be set to 'Default'.

  1. Go to Supplier Settings > Gateways.

  2. Select your VivaWallet gateway to edit.

  3. Set the 'Source code' field to 'Default'.

  4. Press the Update Gateway button.
