Problem
This article deals with the following error:
OrdersOrderCodeNotFound: Order with Code 0 was not Found
After pressing the Pay Now button, the customer is redirected to VivaWallet with the following message 'OrdersOrderCodeNotFound: Order with code 0 was not found'.
Solution
The source code in the VivaWallet gateway settings in your Ventrata dashboard is not set. It must be set to 'Default'.
Go to Supplier Settings > Gateways.
Select your VivaWallet gateway to edit.
Set the 'Source code' field to 'Default'.
Press the Update Gateway button.
