How to Use Memberships in the Backoffice

Sell and redeem memberships through the backoffice.

Sell Membership

Sell membership products via the New Order button in the top navigation.


Redeem Membership

Redeem a membership by creating a new booking and applying the membership benefit to it.


Renew Membership

Renew a membership by manually extending the validity period in the booking detail, or set up Membership Auto-renew to allow the membership renewal automatically the next day after expiry.


Membership Activity

Memberships can be managed through several entry points within the Bookings tab:

  • Bookings

    Search for a specific membership booking in Bookings.

    This allows you to manage individual memberships directly, as outlined in the articles above.

  • Households

    Search for households by last name or company name.

    The Households view lets you manage memberships across all member within a household. It also provides direct access to:

    • Bookings - filtered to the selected household or member

    • Scans - filtered membership usage and redemptions

  • Members

    Search for individual members by name or household.

    The Members table provides an overview of each member, regardless of their household. From here, you can access the member profile, which links to the same unified view as the household level, allowing you to manage membership, bookings and activity in one place.

From both Households and Members, you can access a unified view where you can:

  • manage memberships (active and expired)

  • review bookings and scans

  • track member activity and lifetime value
