Discover the elements that make up the product card and where you can configure them.

The product card in the CalendarFirst checkout is designed for flexibility, allowing you to present all essential information in well-organised sections.

If you operate in multiple languages, please make sure that you fill in all fields in each language. Otherwise any missing values will default to English.

1. Alert Notice

The 'Alert Notice' in the product information appears at the top of the product card.

2. Image Gallery

Add between 3-10 images per gallery. We recommend high-quality, full-width images, which are then fitted into the gallery.

3. Product Title

The 'Internal Name' in the product information appears as the product title.

4. Duration

The amount of time in the 'Duration' field of the product detail is displayed as the product duration. In case of Point-to-Point products, it is the time between two points.

If you choose to hide the duration, check the 'Hide Duration' checkbox on the product detail form.

5. Short Description

Keep the copy in the 'Short Description' field to a maximum of 5 lines. Use the Long Description to describe the product in more detail.

6. Long Description

The Overview section of the product card is populated by the copy in the 'Long Description' field of the product information.

This is a collapsible section, therefore no limits apply.

7. Inclusions

List what is part of the experience. Each new line is marked with a checkmark on the product card.

8. Exclusions

List what is NOT part of the experience. Each new line is marked with a cross on the product card.

9. Redemption Instructions

Provide instructions on how to redeem vouchers.

10. Frequently Asked Questions

Each entry in the FAQ section of the product information is a separate collapsible section.

11. Highlights

Use this space to bring out the most interesting or fun parts of the experience.

12. Promotions

Public promotions are shown on the product card.

Product Card

The customer can view the product's details using the More details link on the product card. Conversely, they can hide this information by pressing the Less details link.
