Problem
The error message Field availabilityID is required appears in the web checkout widget when a customer attempts to book a membership product.
Cause
This happens because the 'Date Required' checkbox is enabled on the membership product detail.
Solution
To fix this,
In your Ventrata dashboard, go to Products > Products.
Products
Select the membership product that shows the error.
Press the pen and paper
icon to edit the product.
Edit Product
Uncheck the 'Date Required' checkbox.
Date Required
Press the Update Product button to save your changes.
Update Product
