Bulk Vouchers allow sellers to quickly generate and pre-print multiple reseller vouchers directly from the terminal app.
This is especially useful for high-volume scenarios—such as cruise ships, group arrivals, or partner locations—where vouchers need to be prepared in advance and handed out on the spot.

Prerequisites:
Enable Bulk Vouchers on Location
In the Ventrata dashboard, go to Ticket Terminals > Locations.

Select the desired location.
Enable the 'Allow Bulk Vouchers' checkbox.

Press the Update Location button to save your setting.

In the Ventrata terminal app, go to the Sales
tab. Tap the Bulk Vouchers button.

Select the reseller the voucher are being created for.
Select Reseller
Select the product category and product.
Select Product
Configure the following voucher details:
Option (if available)
Number of codes
Select unit
Valid from / to dates
Notes (optional)
Press the Create Voucher button.

A success page will appear onscreen and the vouchers will automatically print from using the terminal printer.

All generated vouchers will also appear in the backoffice under Resellers > Vouchers, with the same settings applied in the terminal app.
