Customers, who paid a deposit and received vouchers from resellers at hotels, can come to you and pay the full amount of the voucher, while also purchasing new bookings.

Prerequisites:
In the Ventrata terminal app, go to the Sales
tab.Tap the Hotel Deposit button.

Select the reseller you are doing the booking for.

On the Take photo page, take a picture of the voucher by tapping the blue circle at the bottom of the screen.

On the Add Voucher page, press the Add voucher photo field to include additional photos of the voucher.
📒 NOTE
The 'Allow Voucher File' field in the reseller details must be enabled to allow voucher photos to be added.

Use 'Code' field to enter the voucher code:

The 'Code' field is mandatory only if the 'Voucher Required' field is enabled on the reseller detail.

When ready, press the Continue button.

Select the product category.
Select Category
Select the product.

Fill in the booking form for the product.

Press the Add button.
Add Product
In case of a package product, select which products the customer wants to redeem right away and which ones later.
📗 TIPYou can also press the Redeem All button to check all products and continue.
Redemption
Press the Continue button.
On the Delivery Method page, select the delivery mode by tapping the green button:
Ticket Per Person (default value) - one ticket for each person in the group
Single Group Ticket - one ticket for the entire group
Select one or more delivery methods:
Print Tickets - if a printer is available, you can print out the tickets
Send via SMS - select country code and enter phone number
Send via Email - enter email address
Send via QR code - a QR code is generated on your device after the tickets are paid for, the customer can take a picture of it and keep the ticket(s) on their phone
Scan City Pass - guidance in the next step

If the Scan City Pass delivery method was selected, select each order and scan the customer's City Pass.
Press the Continue button.
Delivery Method
Set the deposit amount. This is the value the customer was charged for the voucher by the reseller and will be subtracted from the full amount of the product.
Press the Update button.

Select a payment method:
📗 TIP
You have the option to split payments into several equal parts. Tap the 'Split payment' label to select the number of parts, then select the payment methods.
Card
Cash - enter the amount received from the customer in the 'Amount tendered' field, in the next step the app will calculate the change for the customer
Gift Card - scan the card's QR code or enter its reference number using the app keyboard
Other - manually enter the method's reference number in the 'Reference' field
Press the Pay Now button at the bottom of the page and request the selected payment method from the customer.
Payment Method
Once the tickets are delivered and paid for, a confirmation page is shown and a new order can be placed on the device.
