Prerequisites:
A waiver form is created in the Dashboard and associated with the relevant products.
If the customer must sign a waiver before redeeming their tickets, check the 'Waiver Required' field.
Select whether a waiver is required for each ticket in the booking or once per booking.

Sign Waiver
Customers can sign waivers at the attraction immediately before redeeming their tickets. This can be done either on:
a handheld terminal
a customer-facing display

Customers purchase tickets or redeem previously purchased tickets at the attraction. If the product has a required waiver, it appears on the terminal screen.
Customers can choose to sign the waiver for:
one ticket
multiple selected tickets
all eligible tickets for the selected waiver
The seller completes the required fields, then hands the terminal to the customer. The customer reviews the waiver, confirms which participants it applies to, and signs using their finger or a digital pen.
Terminal Flow
The terminal counts the number of signatures rather than the number of signed tickets. A single signature can be applied to multiple tickets when the same customer signs on behalf of multiple participants.

The customer purchases tickets or redeems previously purchased tickets at the attraction. The associated waiver appears on the seller-facing terminal display.
The seller selects the waiver, fills out the necessary information for the customer and presses the Continue to signature button.

A signature panel is then displayed on the customer-facing display. The customer signs the waiver using their finger or a digital pen and presses the Sign and continue button.

When a booking contains multiple waiver types, the Waivers page lists each waiver type separately. A single signature applies to the selected waiver type and only to the eligible tickets selected for that waiver.
Once all required waivers have been completed, the Continue button is enabled at the bottom of the page, allowing the seller to complete the booking and redeem tickets.
