The team specialises in worldwide tours and activities with a stated focus on the cruise industry and shore excursions, so operators see demand from cruise passengers alongside European leisure travellers.
This connection enables you to sell your products on Travelcoup Experiences by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the Travelcoup Experiences API, ensure you have:
A commercial agreement with Travelcoup Experiences for them to sell your products.
Travelcoup Experiences created as a Reseller in Ventrata with retail and wholesale/commission pricing correctly configured.
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'Travelcoup Experiences' from the list of partners.

Select Travelcoup Experiences
Select 'Travelcoup Experiences' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.
Select Travelcoup Experiences Reseller
(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple Travelcoup Experiences connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.

If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple Travelcoup Experiences connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your Travelcoup Experiences contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the Travelcoup Experiences team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.
