Validation Failed: Bookings [0] pickup can't be blank

Problem

This error occurs when the 'Pickup Required' box is checked on the product detail, but no pickups are created or assigned to the product.


📗 TIP

Path to setting: Products > Products > [your-product] > press the pen and paper icon to edit > Pickups, Transfers & Meeting


Solution

This can be fixed by

  • either creating pickups and routes for your product in the dashboard


    📒 NOTE

    Pickups can only be used in conjunction with timeslots.


  • or by disabling the setting 'Pickup Required' in your product's settings.
