Product Detail > Pickups, Transfers & Meetings
Enable the use of pickups and dropoffs on your products by configuring the below settings in the Pickups, Transfers & Meetings section of the product detail.
Field | Description |
Pickup Required | Pickup is automatically enabled, and the customer must select a pickup point from the available options to complete the booking. |
Allow Custom Pickup | Customers can choose whether they want a pickup; they can select from predefined options or set a custom pickup date and time, and provide their room number if staying at a hotel. |
Custom Pickup Required | Customers must specify their own preferred pickup date and time, and provide their room number if staying at a hotel. |
Default Pickup | The pickup point is preselected for the customer. If 'Allow Custom Pickup' is enabled, the customer can change the pickup point. |
Dropoff Required | Dropoff is automatically enabled, and the customer must select a dropoff point from the available options to complete the booking. |
Allow Custom Dropoff | Customers can choose whether they want a dropoff; they can select from predefined options or set a custom dropoff date and time, and provide their room number if staying at a hotel. |

Options
If your product has options, enable the bellow settings as appropriate to allow the use of pickups and dropoffs.
