Use the 'Allow Comments' feature to add comments and attachment to existing bookings. This functionality is especially useful for those operations that require proof documents at ticket collection. At this point, the booking has already been made and customers arrive at the attraction to pickup their entry tickets.

Allow Comments
In the Ventrata dashboard, go to Ticket Terminals > Locations.

Check the 'Allow Comments' box.

Press the Update Location button.

Add Comment to Booking
When the 'Allow Comments' box is checked, the Add Comment button appears among the booking options in the Ventrata terminal app.
In the Ventrata terminal app, go to the Scan tab.
Scan
Scan the ticket or enter the booking reference manually.
Press the three dots at the bottom of the screen.
Other Options
Press the Add Comment button.
Add Comment
Enter the comment and / or scan the required document.
Enter Comment
Then, press the Send button.
Send Comment
The comment and the attachment are immediately visible on the booking detail.
