The 'Select Tickets' feature of the Ventrata terminal app empowers your sellers to individually manage tickets from group bookings, providing an efficient and seamless way to upgrade or adjust specific tickets according to customer preferences.

This feature not only simplifies the process for sellers but also allows your customers to enjoy a tailored experience, giving them the option to upgrade individual tickets without affecting the entire booking.

Prerequisites:

  1. In the Ventrata terminal app, go to the Scan tab.

  2. Scan a group ticket.

    πŸ“— TIP

You can also use the in-app keyboard to type the booking reference, if available.

  4. Select the Select Tickets option.

  5. Select individual tickets that require a separate action.

    • Any outstanding payments are recorded in the Payment Summary section

    • The upgrade action is logged in the Logs section

The original booking is modified to display the two upgraded tickets,

a separate booking of the original booking with the upgraded tickets is created,

and a new booking of the upgraded product is also created.
