πŸ” Required Role Permissions: See Pricing, Modify Pricing

The central Pricing page offers a comprehensive overview of all your products' prices in a single table.

Using the modifiers above the table, you can apply pricing to a specific configuration, or use the MODIFIERS button to adjust the table view to suit your needs.

Any changes made on the central pricing table are automatically applied on the product level, and vice versa.

Pricing Table Elements

The central pricing table consists of the following elements:

  • Rate Modifiers

Rate modifiers allow you to specify pricing for individual options, tours, seasons, etc.

  • Modifiers

The MODIFIERS button lets you insert modifiers in the table, allowing you to view the exact configuration for which the new price is set.

    πŸ“’ NOTE

Typically a modifier, such as Option or Fare (as appropriate), may already be pre-selected under the MODIFIERS button.

When setting up your rates, be sure to set your prices also WITHOUT any modifiers selected. If not, the 'From' price will always display as 0. This affects how the 'From' price is shown in the backoffice, terminal app, web checkout, sales portals or on OTAs.

  • Product List

The table displays a list of your products. By default, the 'Option' modifier is preselected. Pricing is further broken down by ticket tiers (if the price is per ticket) or per booking (if Per-Booking Pricing is enabled in the product detail).

This is where you enter different rate types:

    • Retail - the amount customers pay to purchase a ticket

    • Strike - the deleted rate, this is useful for highlighting a price drop or special offer

    • Cost - the amount you invest into the product, either the price of the purchase of a 3rd party product or a fixed cost per ticket, such as a fee for a guide included in the ticket price. This is reflected in the Accounting section of the booking level.

      πŸ“— TIP

To set Commission and Wholesale prices, use the reseller Pricing table.

  • Actions

When you are satisfied with the rates, press the SAVE CHANGES button below the pricing table.
