This article is a manual to configure a BOCA printer.
BOCA printers are designed for environments where efficient, high-quality ticketing is essential. Their durable construction and fast, reliable output make them ideal for handling high-volume ticketing needs.
Prerequisites:
The printer is connected to a power source using the attached power cable (1).
The printer is connected to a POS terminal using a USB-B cable (2).

We can assure expected printer capabilities only if a USB-B connection is used.

Create Printer Config
To connect your BOCA printer with a Ventrata POS system, start by creating a config and assigning it to a terminal within the Ventrata dashboard.
In the Ventrata dashboard, go to Ticket Terminals > Configs.

Press the + New Config button.

Select 'Template Printer' from the list.

Enter a name for the config.

Add BOCA Config to Terminal
In the Ventrata dashboard, go to Ticket Terminals > Terminals.

Select an existing terminal or create a new one.
Scroll down the terminal form and select the BOCA template printer config you created above.
