To allow members to redeem their benefits, you need to create hidden ticket units in applicable products. These units will only be accessible to members and remain invisible to regular customers.
Create Member Tickets
In the Ventrata dashboard, go to Products > Products.
Products
In the list of your existing products, select the other product(s) that will offer memberships.
In each product, go to the Tickets tab and create a new unit.

Before pressing the Create unit button, remove all options in the 'Available On' field.
