You can now generate an Adyen Pay by Link URL directly from the Backoffice. This feature is perfect for partial payments, such as group deposits, as you can enter the amount you want to be collected by the payment link, leaving the booking balance due until full payment is collected.

Using the Adyen Pay by Link feature means there is no need to enable deposits for specific products.

You can customise the payment link landing pages by creating a theme in Adyen and adding the Theme ID to the gateway settings.
In the Ventrata dashboard, go to Bookings > Bookings.
Select a 'Balance Due' booking from the table.

On the booking detail, press the ADD PAYMENT button.

In the Create New Payment window, specify the amount the customer has to pay.

For multiple guests, you can divide the total amount into several smaller amounts. The booking remains as 'Balance Due' until the entire amount is paid off.

Ensure you enter the desired value in the 'Amount' field, as the system allows you to enter any amount over the order value.
Then, select the 'Credit/Debit Card' payment method.

Then, in the Manual Entry tab, select the 'Email Payment Link' option.

Copy the link displayed on the screen and send it to the customer.

You can close this window.
When the customer opens the link, they are redirected to the Payment Link landing page.

Booking Level
Each transaction is recorded as usual on the booking level. The booking remains as 'Balance Due' until the entire amount is paid off.
