Travel Link is a Guangzhou-based travel marketing and representation agency working for destinations, attractions, and tourism boards that want visibility with Chinese buyers and travellers. It runs six offices across Greater China and has held representation mandates for national and city tourism organisations selling into the Chinese source market.
This connection enables you to sell your products on Travel Link by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the Travel Link API, ensure you have:
A commercial agreement with Travel Link for them to sell your products.
Travel Link created as a Reseller in Ventrata with retail and wholesale/commission pricing correctly configured.
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'Travel Link' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select Travel Link
Select 'Travel Link' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.

(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple Travel Link connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.
📗 TIP
If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple Travel Link connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your Travel Link contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the Travel Link team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.

Travel Link can access all products enabled on the connection, but you can also provide the Product and Option IDs from the connection page when contacting them to specify what to map.
