Customers can choose where they want to be dropped off after the tour. Dropoffs function independently from pickups — customers can choose any of the options configured on the product level.

The current dropoff functionality is available in Backoffice only. Other sales channels may follow in future updates.
Create a Dropoff
Prerequisites:
The following features are available on the products. Enable them as needed for your use case:

Dropoff Required | dropoff is automatically enabled, and the customer must select a dropoff point from the available options during booking

In your Ventrata dashboard, go to Products > Products.
Products
Select an existing product, or create a new one.
Go to the Dropoffs tab.
Dropoffs
Press the + NEW DROPOFF button.
New Dropoff
Enter the dropoff name.
Dropoff Name
Enter the duration — the travel time from the attraction to the dropoff point.
Duration
Enter dropoff instructions — include nearby landmarks, or other information useful for customers during booking.
Instructions
Press the Create Dropoff button.
Create Dropoff
Repeat these steps to create as many dropoffs as needed.

📒 NOTE
Dropoffs are currently functional in Backoffice only.
The customer makes a new booking. They select a product that requires a dropoff, then choose the number of tickets, a date, and a tour time.
Next, they select a dropoff point from the available options.
The dropoff time is automatically calculated by adding the product duration and dropoff duration (see step 6. above).
Select Dropoff (Backoffice)
On the booking level, a dropoff request is displayed with a label below the Booking Reference.
A dedicated section shows dropoff details, such as:

Booking level
