How to Set up Presets

Presets are an efficient tool that helps streamline the sale of popular products.

To help streamline sales of popular products is achieved by setting up product configurations that can be processed with minimal manual intervention in just a few clicks using the Quick Sale flow of the Ventrata terminal app.

Create Presets

  1. In your Ventrata dashboard, go to Ticket Terminals > Presets.

  2. Make sure the correct destination is selected.

  3. Press the + New Preset button.

  4. Enter a name.

    It is good practice to include a descriptive name, for example, the product code, unit, tour time and/or promotion if available.


  5. Select the product the preset is for.

  6. If the product has options, select an option.

  7. Select a unit.

  8. Select a tour (optional).

    If no tour is specified, at the time of purchase, the next available tour will be automatically selected.

  9. You can select a promotion which will be automatically applied to the booking.

  10. Press the Create Preset button.

Apply Preset to Location

  1. In your Ventrata dashboard, go to Ticket Terminals > Locations.

  2. Make sure the correct destination is selected.

  3. Select an existing location or create a new location for your presets.

  4. Scroll down the location form or simply search for 'presets'.

  5. Select the presets you wish to add to this location.

    You can add as many presets to one location as you like. You can have the same preset on multiple locations.


  6. Press the Update Location button to save your changes.
