🔐 Required Role Permissions: Batches
Batches are groups of vouchers that are issued to resellers. These vouchers are often pre-printed or generated digitally to streamline the sales and distribution process.
By providing resellers with a batch of vouchers, you can efficiently manage large volumes of bookings and ensure that resellers have the necessary tools to promote and sell your tours.
Resellers distribute these vouchers to customers, who in turn present their vouchers to redeem the prepaid tour.
Create a New Batch
In the Ventrata dashboard, go to Resellers > Batches.
Press the + New Batch button.
Select the reseller. This is the reseller who will receive the batch of vouchers.
Select which voucher codes are included in the batch.
📗 TIP
Depending on the method you selected to create voucher codes, enter the first and last number in the range or voucher code, for instance: 1 to 10, or 24000001 to 24000100. Learn more about vouchers.
Press the Create Batch button.
