Multi-date packages provide added flexibility to customers planning their journey across multiple days in advance and to operators, who can now configure flows to cater to a variety of customer demands.

Start a shift on the terminal.
Go to the Sales
tab. Select a multi-date package product.

Tap the New Booking button.

Select a product category.

Select a multi-date package product.
Select Product
Select the type and number of units.
Units
Select which includes the customer wants to use. At minimum, required includes must be selected.
Includes
Depending on the include's settings, either:
choose to keep the include open-dated (Flexible Ticket)
Flexible Ticket
or, select a date and time (Fixed Date Ticket)
Fixed Date Ticket
📒 NOTE
The selected travel date of the first include determines the travel dates of other includes within the package. With a 10-day validity (set in the 'Validity Days' field of the Package & Memberships section of the package product), available travel dates become 10 days before and after the selected travel date of the first include. When selecting the travel date of other includes, the first include's travel date is selected by default.

Press the Set button at the bottom of the window.

To change an includes travel date or time, select the include and choose a different date or time. Then press Set to confirm.
To remove a non-required include from the booking, select the include press the Remove button.

When all required includes are set, press the Add button.

Review the booking in the shopping cart.
Add to the booking:

Press the Checkout button to continue.

Select which includes the customer wants to redeem right away.
Press the Continue button.

On the Delivery Method page, select the delivery mode by tapping the green button:
Ticket Per Person (default value) - one ticket for each person in the group
Single Group Ticket - one ticket for the entire group
Select delivery method:
Print Tickets - if a printer is available, you can print out the tickets
Send via SMS - select country code and enter phone number
Send via Email - enter email address
Send via QR code - a QR code is generated on your device after the tickets are paid for, the customer can take a picture of it and keep the ticket(s) on their phone
Scan City Pass - scan the customer's City Pass
Delivery Method

Select one or more delivery methods in one step, for example, print tickets and send them to the customer via email.
Press the Continue button.
On the Payment Method page, you can select the Split payment option to divide the payment into multiple equal parts.
Select the payment method:
Card
Cash - enter the amount received from the customer in the 'Amount tendered' field, in the next step the app will calculate the change for the customer
Gift Card - scan the card's QR code or enter its reference number using the app keyboard
QR Code - scan or manually enter a payment code (available on Adyen devices, Desktop POS or kiosks), see Adyen gateway settings
Send Payment Link - send a payment link to the customer's email address
Other - manually enter the method's reference number in the 'Reference' field

Press the Pay Now button.
Once the tickets are delivered and paid for, a confirmation page is shown, and a new order can be placed on the device.
